Works perfectly!
I needed these to secure a nylon tarp to my car when camping. These work perfectly! They are very strong and stay put. Putting a small drop of water on the suction cup area before securing also helps, but they work fine without it. I just like that little, added insurance. Very ahhpy with these and would buy them again

Worked Great for My Use
Disregard the haphazard rainfly pole configuration :) (I was shooting for storm protection and drainage)I wanted to attache a rain fly to the roof of my van -- where I don't have a roof rack. I bought a 4-pack. Trying them out in dry weather, they attached really well and felt strong and secure. I wasn't sure how long they would hold when things got wet. Well... I got to find out last weekend. The suction cups stayed attached during an over-night storm and worked as well as I had hoped. :) I actually needed two more, so went back to Amazon about bought another pair -- slightly different and from a different seller. I should have bought more of these.

Versatile and Strong
I recently purchased these suction cup tie-downs, and they have exceeded my expectations in every way, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. The suction cups are incredibly strong and reliable. I used them to attach various items to the side of my teardrop camper, and they held up remarkably well. Whether securing my canopy tie-downs or hanging towels to dry out, these suction cups provided a rock-solid hold that didn't budge even in windy conditions. One of the standout features is the mechanical lever that activates and deactivates the suction. This ensures the cups stick firmly when you need them to and release easily when you're done. This feature gave me confidence that they wouldn't accidentally come loose, which is crucial when securing valuable gear or creating a stable setup for camping. The latch was very sturdy and made a GREAT connection with the side of my teardrop. While these suction cups are marketed for SUP tie-downs, their versatility is what truly impressed me. They stick to smooth fiberglass surfaces like glass, boats, SUPs, cars, and campers. I found countless uses for them around my camper, from organizing gear to creating convenient hanging spots. The construction quality is excellent, with durable plastic suction cups, heavy-duty webbing, and versatile Duraflex wide gate spring hooks. Everything feels robust and well-made, designed to withstand the rigors of outdoor use. These tie-downs are a fantastic addition to any camper's or outdoor enthusiast's toolkit. Their strong hold, ease of use, and versatility make them invaluable for a variety of tasks. Whether you're securing gear, hanging items to dry, or creating tie-down points, these suction cups are up to the task. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and flexible solution for organizing and securing items on smooth surfaces. I LOVED them so much I ordered a second set!

Wow, these cling on longer then my Ex
At first I was skeptical of this type of suction cup and read most of the reviews, Amazon had such a great return policy I thought I would give it a try. These are some of the best tiedown suction cups I have run into in the last several years. I tried to figure out the best way to test these and I came up with this (see picture) that is my fully loaded EDC/range bag/work bag. It weighs 22 pounds in this configuration. The bag is a Hazard 4 Plan B sling. When this picture was taken the bag had been hanging by both suction cups for four hours. That’s pretty darn good as far as I’m concerned.*****WARNING*****The suction cups come with a very thin layer of plastic over them. I initially thought that the suction cups did not work and I read a review where someone else had a similar problem. These things are worth every penny.

Tiny carabiners make them look bigger than they are.
4 instead of 5 because of a couple things. One, they ended up a little smaller than I thought. They were described correctly, but I 'bit' based on the little carabiners in the photo. Those are actually tiny, but make the suction cups look bigger. The other is that for my purpose (holding a lightweight awning on a fiberglass camper), they aren't working out as intended. The problem is that with them on the roof of the camper the pull is sideways on the suction cups instead of from the top. The end run strength (and the ability to not 'break' the seal) is much lower with a sideways pull. I am sure there are engineers out there that can quantify it, but I think these would work fine for a light, static load, but substantial loads will require bigger ones. I am not returning them, as I am sure I'll come up with a good use. They are constructed well, and function, but don't be fooled to think these are large cups for heavier loads like I was.

Sticks well, doesn’t move and holds weight
Adhere to the side of our camper beautifully and hold our side tent securely.

Functions well but not durable
These suction cups function very well but they are not durable. Twice now the metal pin has come out which holds the locking lever in. The second time it happened I lost the pin because I didn't catch it in time and had to throw out one of these.

So glad I got these
Liked them so much I got another set of 2. They stay put very well so long as the surface is clean and dry. Used one to pull a dent out of my car door. Used these to fasten down tarps to create shelter off my car (heavy blasting winds couldn't make them budge), to add tie down fixtures, to create a line to hang tools or dry cloths. These things are great if you do car camping. I've used them indoors and out
