So my kitchen floors have been driving me nuts. They are cleaned constantly. In fact my cleaner was here today! But the grout is stained so it looks dirty. I read that I may need to seal the grout. But I wanted to try to clean it good. Tried floor cleaner and one of those rotary brush/wand things. Nothing. So I saw this grout cleaner and looked it up and it had great reviews. Bought it and used it today. 🙌🏼👏🏼🙌🏼. If you have annoying grout, get this stuff. It's amazing! I got a little bristle grout brush. Very little scrubbing. Not even a scrub. More of a light combing! And I didn't even use half the bottle. Don't need much at all! These have been down for 2 1/2 years. Even if I do this every 6 months it's worth it.

This stuff is amazing. I'm embarrassed to say how long it has been since the bathroom floor tiles had been thoroughly cleaned. I tried using vinegar, followed by scrubbing with a paste made of baking soda and dishwashing detergent, but it took several minutes to clean around one 12"x12" tile. With this Zep cleaner, I can clean an area about 5'x5' in the same time with much less effort. On a floor with smaller tiles and lots of grout lines, I squirt a little on an area about 2'x2' and spread with a brush. Let it sit about two minutes and brush the grout lines to loosen the dirt, then wipe up with a sponge and rinse with the sponge 2-3 times. The accumulation of red dirt from the yard is gone and the grout is restored to its original look. Hours of time saved. One of the best purchases in a long time.

For years I’ve tried to find a product to clean my fiberglass shower. This product is wonderful. I soaked the product for a few hours, when I went to clean, the dirt came right off. It didn’t require much scrubbing. I wish I would have found this years ago.

Zep works great! I appreciate that this bottle has a spray cap so that I can squirt it directly onto the tile grout. I hope the results are lasting.We purchased a house with tile from the early 2000s, and I am guessing the grout hasn't been cleaned thoroughly since installation.I worked in 2ft x 4ft sections.After squirting Zep into the groutlines, I scrubbed them with my Libman mop scrubber and waited about 5 min. Then I scrubbed again.After that I used the mop head and fresh hot water repeatedly to remove dirt and residue. It took about 8 to 10 washing and rinsings until the water came clear for each section. That is how dirty the grout was!It was a daunting and time-consuming task, and I am sure there is an easier way to accomplish the job, but I am glad to see such results.One bottle cleaned the grout in two bathrooms and 3/4s of a large rec room. I had to order another bottle to be able to finish the job. If there is leftover, I may try to clean the shower wall groutlines.It was absolutely disgusting to see what was removed. I didn't mind the mild smell and didn't wear gloves because my hands didn't touch the product.

Well, first of all, my grout was not all that dirty - just lighter in less trafficked areas and grubbier in the everyday pathways. That annoyed me.So, based on positive reviews, I bought the quart bottle. Here is my tip: DO NOT pour it from the bottle on each row of grout because you will waste a lot of it. I poured some in a cup, took an old toothbrush and just dipped it in the product and scrubbed each row. I waited 15 minutes and then wiped it off with a heavy-duty paper towel. There was definitely dirt on the towel. I continued on over the floor. Then, when I was finished with that, I scrubbed the grout/floor with plain water. what a lovely difference.i would definitely recommend this ZEP product to anyone who wants to make their ceramic tile look fresh and clean.

We moved into a year old home that was beautiful but for one issue - tile in the kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and laundry room that though beautiful had extremely light grout and though we are neat freaks, light grout and a family with kids and pets is not a happy union.We had the tile professionally cleaned and sealed but within a few months the grout looked a bit discolored again so we tried everything and still it remained dirty. Reviews on this were great so we gave it a bash.Applied as directed, let sit as directed, used a soft grout brush and cleaned after the process was complete and wow...we had white grout!! We were impressed!! Now beware and do not make the mistake we did (and this is our error, not the product) you have to be careful it does not splash onto other surfaces. For the most part we caught it but a small amount splashed on the bottom of our nice new fridge and it discolored it - this stuff is strong!! As I said, our error but I hope in writing this others will be careful and look out for those areas it might have splashed onto without you realizing!The issue for us is yes, you have nice grout, but the integrity of the grout seems somewhat diminished! This stuff seemed to almost dissolve the top layer of grout so though clean, we are left with rough,patchy grout and some holes have appeared where they were not there before so I would not use this anywhere near my bathroom as the last thing I would want are holes in the shower grout! The grout also discolored far quicker after using this!!We have decided to throw the rest out, re grout in a slightly darker color and seal! Had we not used this, I may not have had to re grout but the holes leave me no optionCleans, but to what price?

This works! I wouldn’t have believed how great it is until I used it on our 1970’s kitchen tinted tile and grout. We had recently bought this house and the grout was nasty, to the point we considered regrouting it all BUT not anymore! ZEP performed as advertised not only cleaned but brightened the grout. Just ordered more for the bathrooms. Great product. Easy to use with just pour on the grout directions and a small nozzle to aim with. I did vent the room which was helpful. I am super pleased with the results!!
