This oversized ball is a great tool to improve your overall dribbling ability and shooting. After a few minutes you will begin to get used to the size of the ball, and it will feel "normal".Once you return to a regulation size ball, it will "feel" a lot smaller than what you remember. The smaller "feel" of the ball gives you the illusion of handling the ball easier, making things like finger roll layups appear easier. The percieved smaller feel will also allow you to shoot from a farther distance without affecting your form because the ball feels smaller.You have to give it time though to feel the full effects of the oversized ball. Shooting around for 10 minutes is not enough. I would recommend at least 2 to 3 shooting/dribbling sessions of 20-30 minutes each to maximize the effects.The only downsize to this ball is that it is rubber. It will eventually wear down and lose grip. But the cost to replace it is low so I'm not taking off a star for it. Overall its a very good tool to improve dribbling and shooting.

Bought for my pit husky mix who is a freak that shreds everything thinking he couldn’t unhinge his jaw to fit this thing in it. I was wrong. He was determined. Lasted longer than normal size balls but the second he could get his jaw around this it was toast. Great entertainment though.

Hope this ball for a high school basketball team the ball is oversized up easy tripled nice the kids really didn't like to use it because of the size and the weight but after I did get them to use it seen a difference in their pass and then bowl handling also shooting so very good product

This ball improved my floater, midrange and 3 point shot. That's saying a lot because I have never been a great 3 point shooter and this ball is changing that. After training with this for one week I hit two game winning 3 point shots playing pickup games at the park. This ball is an amazing tool for any serious basketball player who wants to improve their shooting.

For the money, it's a good training ball BUT it's definitely heavier then a standard 29.5" ball, which is NOT what they claim. So, as long as you are aware that this will not weigh the same, it's a good ball especially considering it's half the price of the other oversized training basketballs.
