Works Great!
Noticed a strong “burnt” smell when opening the package, I assume it’s part of the assembly process. Item wouldn’t work at first, then I found the rocker switch located out of direct view.Works great! I wanted the simplest and strongest unit I could get. I was tired of coming home and having the kids tell me the blender quit working while they were making smoothies!Unit has two switches, one says hi/low, the other says run/pulse, can’t get simpler than that!!

Not a Commercial Blender!
Why do they advertise this clunky blender as commercial grade? I used it for only 10 days and it overheated while blending cooked tomatoes and chilis to make salsa. Don't buy it and try a different brand instead. To make matters worst, when I tried to return the blender to the seller, I'm finding out that there is a 50% "restocking fee if the blender has been used". How am I supposed to know if the blender is going to make the cut? do I just look at it without using it? What happened to the warranty? I don't want a replacement with the same item, I just want my money back. Very Very disappointed of China made Hamilton Beach.
