The one we received was pre-printed. No option to change. It has definitely made a positive impact on the rides since. Tips increased significantly, people felt free to ask about a phone charger, turn heat/ac on or up/down without it being ackward. Allowed for better customer service.

There is to different pictures for this item. Is the one either the blue side with dark blue lettering? Or black side with white lettering?
