It is a bit large and clumsy as a result (not the fault of the product). I used it already several times--awesome to put burgers into it and turn 6-9 burgers (depending on size) at once. It sure simplified my work. I can squeeze some veggies in there too next to the meat/fish and get great results. However, it is difficult to clean since it is too big for most sinks. It can be done, but hard. Even with all that against it, I highly recommend it since it works great on the grill and that is the most important.

Decent grilling tool. The spacing of the wire mesh limits is use. Used it to grill shrimp but there was a lot of area that was unusable because the shrimp would fall out. That was disappointing

I bought it for the fish to cook and like it so far however, I would consider it like overpriced item.

POS made in China, good for 1 use only before it broke... If you DO buy this POS make sure your meat is thin cut as it doesn’t have much room when closed... Gonna try to rework this today so that I can use it again...Already got a new grill - Charcoal Companion - from Amazon; had one before & used it many times before it wore out!...We BBQ often as we are fulltime RVer’s....

We purchased this two years ago in order to grill fish and veg at home.It works well for smaller items like shrimp and cut up vegetables. Be sure to oil it first and you will be fine. For items that are thicker, like whole fish, which is what we got it for, it doesn't stay closed so be prepared with a hot pad or glove.As you can see in the photo, it doesn't want to stay closed for anything more than about an inch thick. I didn't want to force it and break the springs on the closed end.

gave this product a 2 because the fish we cooked in it tasted great but not sure how long this product will last. It is not very sturdy and was not the easiest to clean. Looking for a similar product that will hold up to frequent use.

Quality is better than expected! The wood handle would not get hot so it is easy to grab. Perfect if you like BBQ!

The basket is well built and surprisingly lightweight. After use, the cleaning is quite simple. I'd recommend bartender's cleaning powder if you want to get a polished look after cleaning.
