Q: What are the best types of paints to use on this? I will be using it for "armor" cosplay.

Almost any paint is good for Worbla since it is a plastic. I like to use a spray paint for the base color and then acrylics to "dirty up" the armor. You can also use a polyurethane spray to make it shine depending on the look you're going for.

Q: Does the package come with some directions on how to form the worbla?

To work with worbla you heat it with a heat gun, then mold by hand or wrap around another object. I dont recall there being instructions on how to "form" the worbla but there are pkenty great tutorials on youtube.

Q: What is the best type of heat gun? Are the small pencil style craft guns ehough heat, I am concerned the industrial ones are too hot and too heavy.

I used one I got at Home Depot and it worked great.

Q: How thick is worbka in mm?

It's 1 mm thick if my measuring tape is still accurate
