When it comes to sports products, i give no second thought but simply go for BoldFit brand. This gel pack is compact and gives a good effect on using either way - cold or hot.

The media could not be loaded. This is a review after two years four months of very light usage. In the last couple of years it has probably been used 5-7 times in total, folks are likely not to get pain everywhere all the time. What has happened is that the gel has evaporated leaving a large amount of air despite mostly storing in cool dark place with ac on 16 hrs/ day.While I could not find any direct source of leak as pressing the pack does not exit the air, the gel is now 60-70% gone and it is pretty much useless.Please keep in mind that this will last probably a year or a bit more but not like a permanent thing.

This is a very good product. The ice pack's cooling effect lasts for a little more than an hour.

I have used it for a week now and almost every day and definitely more than two times. I read the reviews and made sure not to keep it in the freezer for more than 3-5 mins and mostly I keep it in the fridge. I get to use it for 15 minutes before it reaches an almost room temperature in a non AC room.Packing is good. No tear so far. The gel inside moves well.Only tried it as a cold pack. Did not microwave it yet.All in all it works well enough for me.It's convenient and good enough size to place it near the area I need.The pack used is not irritating to my skin and is comfortable. Was able to fold it a little to apply to the side of my foot.Not too heavy either.As long as you don't put it in the freezer for too long I think the gel pack will be ok to use.I put it in the outer cover and then place it in my fridge.

It's broke in a month. Not recommended
