Der Titel ist etwas hochtrabend gewählt, aber nach Bewertung vieler Verbindungstechnologien muss ich diese Klemme unbedingt empfehlen. Ausgangspunkt war der Anschluss eines Backofens und einer Herdplatte an den Wandherdanschluss. Da dort Ströme von 25 A möglich sind (Mit einiger Reserve bis zu 30 A) darf man keine Fehler machen, sonst brennen die Anschlüsse weg. Normale Lüsterklemmen sind ungeeignet, da diese die Kabel nicht ausreichend festklemmen können. Weiterhin sollte man vermeiden, zwei Drähte (Egal ob gleicher Durchmesser oder nicht) in eine Klemme zu stecken. Als Alternative wären noch Grimbklemmen akzeptable, erfordern aber spezielles Werkzeug und sorgfältige Arbeit. Mit diesen Klemmen kann man nun ohne Probleme Drähte miteinander verbinden, indem man in jede Klemmstelle ein Draht reinsteckt. Der Durchmesser ist dabei weitgehend egal bis 6mm². Insgesamt kann die Klemme 41 Ampere laut Spezifikation verkraften, also hat man genügend Reserven. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist das zerstörungsfreie Lösen der Verbindung, indem man den Hebel wieder nach oben klappt und den Draht wieder rauszieht. Gut ist auch der Testzugang, um u.a. mit einem Polprüfer zu schauen, ob wirklich die Sicherung raus ist. Insgesamt ist der Preis etwas hoch, aber ist insofern gerechtfertigt, dass man sich damit eine Erleichterung der Arbeit und eine hohe Sicherheit erkauft.

I had to wire a 10 g feed wire with multiple 12 g receptacles and junction boxes and this product was very reliable and easy to use. There was a bit of a learning curve- make sure the bare wire is inserted all the way into the port and make sure it is straight without bends. But when used properly, this product will save you alot of time and frustration. Because they are flat, you can push them into the back or sides of boxes and get more clearance than normal. For DIYs like me, the main challenge in crowded boxes is wire management. So if you are just getting started, make sure your wires all all lined up in advance, you know the direction you want your wires to enter the connector, and you know where your connector will end up in the box. This is important because although they hold wires very tightly, you can't expect them to hold onto wires with significant tension trying to pull them out. And finally, wrap them with a layer of electrical tape to make sure the levers don't pop up- not likely to happen, but no reason to take chances.
