A baby cant tell you which cream is effective or which is causing more problem to them .. avoid creams which have seteriods in them .. rashes are common try to keep ur baby clean as much as u can .. avoid using cleanising wipes only in emergency .. wash ur baby everytime they stool ( poo) sudocream is good but who knws actual sideffects
