FCL Bio retinol body lotion, Body Lotion for ageing skin, Keratosis Pilaris Body Treatment, Rough & bumpy skin treatment, Saggy skin & Tanned Skin Body Lotion - 6.76 FL.OZ

I was recently introduced to FCL and am impressed by their products, especially the C scape cleanser, the lightening gel, and the retinol body lotion. They are reminiscent of Vichy products, more in the dermato-cosmetics category, as they treat and beautify simultaneously. I am delighted to have tried their products, as they are excellent, and I will continue using them for a long time.The bio-retinol lotion contains natural retinols to nourish the ageing or suffering skin. I use bakuchiol oil on my face, which is another natural retinol. And this lotion also contains plant-based retinol ingredients such as Revinage, Phytosterol, and Panthenol, which are safer for the skin overall but still work wonders. The only mention is that retinol sensitises the skin to the sun and its UV rays; therefore, a UV protection of at least 30 is advisable after using retinol on the skin. So, please make sure you protect yourself and your precious skin!The lotion arrived sealed in plastic with an alternative pump pressing element attached. I can only presuppose that the pump was attached so that you can use the screw-top lid when you travel to avoid pumping lotion in your luggage.I did not get any spillage when screwing the pump element; it needed a few pumps to get the lotion pumping, but very easy to use. It is recommended to apply the lotion following a shower while your skin is still damp. I literally shook off the water after my shower and applied the lotion 😊. Due to the skin’s dampness, it spreads wonderfully, and a little goes a very long way. Therefore, this lotion will last me a long time. It leaves very nourished skin while simultaneously softening and moisturising it. My skin absorbed it well, and was happy. It left no residue, and it smells incredible. I also applied it on dry skin; it feels good, but I prefer applying it over damp skin. I have used it for a few days, but I always ensure applying an SPF of at least 30.Since using FCL, my skin has been softer and firmer, with reduced fine lines, improved elasticity and well-being. I know this lotion stimulates collagen production in the skin, and although I take collagen powder separately, I am happy to support my body inside and out during the natural ageing process. I might be getting older, but I can feel and look young and exude confidence.Having tried FCL products, I can confidently and wholeheartedly recommend them as they worked wonders on my skin.

Bottle wasn't sealed. The lotion pump wasn't working either.

Damn! I wanted to like this and on application it seemed nice, but it gave me a bit of a skin reaction. When testing face and body products I often just cover one side of my face/body to compare results. After a few hours I could clearly notice some redness and my skin was itching on the side I had applied this.A shame, as it smells nice (subtly fruity, not overly so) and felt good to apply. Sinks in quickly and makes your skin feel soothed and soft after application.I've not had any bad reactions to facial retinol so not sure why this happened. I won't rate it any lower than 3 stars though, as I think this is a personal reaction as opposed to a bad product.I hope that you have found my review helpful.

🌟 I ordered this lotion as both myself and my husband suffer from keratosis pilaris and would love to be able to finally get rid of it or at least help it a little. It's also a natural retinoids cream which is great for signs of ageing as it works just like actual retinol would.➕️ This feels more like a lotion than a cream. It comes in a 200ml pump bottle and advises to apply to wet skin after a shower.➕️ The lotion is fragrance free and comes in a sort of cream colour. It's very creamy in texture yet not oily or sticky in the slightest which is a relief for my husband as he tends to avoid lotions due to the sticky feeling. It's actually very soft and although it's creamy, it feels light when applying.➕️ It does state somewhere that this lotion may help to block melanin production, so my very pale self is being careful to apply thinly to the areas that bother me, whilst my South Asian Husband has been some more generous as he doesn't mind if that actually did take effect where as I'd like the few elements of melanin in me to remain! So far we haven't seen any crazy lightening effects.🌟 We have only been using this twice a day for a few days so no drastic results yet. However my skin feels a lot softer to touch, it has reduced the bumps on my arms by a fair bit and I'm hoping it will continue to do much more. I'd recommend this to those with the same skin issues, but I can see this helping with spotty skin and still being a good lotion for those with oily skin as it doesn't leave your skin oily at all.
