The media could not be loaded. I have tried so many pump covers and the Tandem brand is always what I go back to. I’m just happy I can order them off Amazon now! It’s slim and fits close to your body, plus I like the vertical or horizontal clip option. The metal clip may wear out over the years but I just clamp it with some pliers and we’re back in business.

Pumps are awesome until the clip breaks. This is the perfect replacement. Everything else out the is too big or thick.

I've used several different after market pump cases and I keep coming back to the Tandem. The other cases would last a month, two or sometimes six before the the rotating plastic clip would eventually break. Other "military grade" cases are more holster like and while rugged, are a bit uncomfortable. There a couple of flaws/limitations with the Tandem case. The case clip is limited to two positions, vertical or horizontal with the reservoir tubing pointed up or towards your stomach or back depending on which side of your body you have it on. This makes routing the tubing a bit awkward at times when you are trying to keep your pump as close to your CGM as possible. The ability to put the pump case in one of all four directions would be really nice. Second, the metal clip is really tight when you first get it and has a tendency to get loose over time, but fixed quickly with a squeeze of a pair of pliers.. The addition of the "plastic bump stop" on the clip is a nice upgrade and helps keep the case from falling off when the clip gets loose. Other than those minor issues, the case protects your pump very well and allows full access to all the ports for charging and changing the insulin reservoir.

Great replacement case for my Tandem pump! Easy to replace, very durable!!!

Wish it would have come with instructions on how to remove the vertically placed clip. I had to google how to lift up on the black tab with a flat head screw driver to remove the clip. I struggled for days.

This is at least the fourth case I've had to buy since I got my pump. The plastic is brittle and usually one of the little pieces that holds the belt clip in place cracks, and I have to get a new one. This time, the indentation that holds the back of the clip in place is too loose, so when I take the belt clip off of my hip to bolus myself, etc, the whole clip comes off of the case. I always wear my pump vertically so that it stays on the best, but this time I'm only able to wear it horizontally, which is not as comfortable or secure. For $25 per case, you would think that the product would not be so easily breakable or have such defects in the manufacturing. I'm a nurse, and I don't have time for my pump to be falling off of my hip or down my pant leg, not to mention that it pulls on my subcutaneous site and either hurts or pulls it out entirely. It sucks enough to have to manage type 1 diabetes, can we please get products that actually function properly if we're going to be charged so much?
