AMAZING! It's not grainy or thick. Very smooth and flavorful. Smells great as well. All in all not expensive and does what it needs to. Easy to use, one scoop into a glass of water and done. Definitely noting more energy and butt tone.

As a vegetarian woman of childbearing age, I've been taking iron supplements for decades. Pills containing iron tend to upset my stomach, so I was glad to find these gummies for myself and my kids. They're... OK. At least they have a pleasant texture and are easy to chew, but these don't taste great. They are nominally berry-flavored, but they have a strong metallic undertone. The overall combination of sweet, tart, and metallic flavors reminds me of blood lemonade.That may not seem like a ringing endorsement, so why am I giving them four stars? Well, it's really hard to find any kids' multivitamin with iron, so I'm just glad these exist. And the other iron gummy brands that we've tried are even worse. At least my kids are willing to eat them without complaint, and I can bear the taste as long as I quickly drink something afterwards. And they've helped keep my iron levels up just as much as the pill-form multivitamin I was previously taking.So, they're good enough!

I'm anemic and have to take iron supplements. If you've ever seen standard iron pills they are huge and chalky. These gummies make it so much easier to get the necessary iron I need with out the bad taste. I'm glad to be able to chew instead of swallow a big pill.

As someone who have been challenged with anemia, somedays or worse than others when it come onto my energy level. These vitamins taste like blood. I have to eat or drink something else immediately after eating them because they taste so bad.

Kido loves these has been a great help in keeping his iron levels up. They smell good and appear to taste good as he eats them without complaints. They will melt in your hand if you hold them for to long. Not a bad price for two bottles.
