Great tasting mix, not grainy
The texture of the finished muffin is way better than I can get with my own almond flour recipe. I tried this mix both with blueberries in one batch, and chocolate chips for another, and they both turned out delicious. Will buy this again.

Good product overall
Good texture and easy to make. Not 5 stars because of flavor. Has more of a cake texture than a muffin/biscuit and I found to have a slight vanilla type flavor. Think they go better with a sweet type meal than a savory. Did like the crusty tops of muffins. Would recommend and will buy again.

Pleasantly surprised
Really tasty. I added some lemon flavor. I could see how you could add just about anything you’d want. I thought the taste was excellent as well as the texture! Would definitely buy again.

Gluten is DELICIOUS! This is not.
Bought this by accident. I have no frame of reference on keto baking mixes so I don’t know if this is a good one or not. The most offensive part is the there is no freshly baked anything aroma when you remove from the oven. Weird and a bit off putting. I made blueberry muffins. Ate one after they cooled. It was edible but not good.

worth the money
These are great with blueberries or raspberries mixed in. I've been making them in silicon cupcake pans. Easy to make.

Ket"oh so good"
I've tried keto recipes for cookies, cakes, brownies, etc. but never really had any luck. I just figured there's really no substitute for real flour and sugar. I tried pretzels one time using almond flour. They came out of the oven and the looked amazing. Only problem was they tasted like cardboard. That was my last attempt at low carb baking. I saw the reviews for this Keto Muffin Mix and decided to give it a shot. I only have a six muffin pan and really didn't want to make 12 muffins anyway, so I just cut all the ingredients in half. I followed the directions to the letter, just adding a dash of vanilla extract. These came out amazing! They're moist and flavorful. I let them sit for 5 minutes and used a plastic knife to go around the edges to loosen them from the pan (a little tip from your Uncle Bob). I split one in half and put a dab of butter (okay, more than a dab) on each side. YUMMY! I will definitely be purchasing this item again and highly recommend it.
