I recently bought a second hand guitar and when I wasn't fiddling around with it I tended to lean it against a bookcase. Occasionally it would slide and fall, which clearly wasn't great, so I was on the lookout for a stand. This is a very simple stand, no frills, but works perfectly for me. No assembly is required - it just opens up with a hinge at the top of the frame, and an elbow joint in the middle holds it steady. The two "arms" of the stand upon which you rest your guitar are padded and long enough to hold an electric or acoustic guitar, and the top of the "A" frame is rubbery so shouldn't mark or damage your instrument. I still have my guitar in front of the bookcase but now on the stand, and it looks pretty safe there. Yes you can buy bigger, heavier, sturdier, more expensive stands, but for my needs this one is perfect.

Light weight. Sturdy stand. Does exactly what I wanted it to do. No longer leaning guitars against the wall, where they could be knocked over. Great value price.

A bit lightweight, so was unsure about resting my 12 string acoustic on it- but up against a corner, pretty much out of the way where it can’t be nudged accidentally, seems pretty much ok. Don’t think I would trust it if on stage or at a gig. But for my purposes it does the job 👍

I very much doubt that you could get anything better for this kind of money. It's even cheaper now than the last one I bought.It's light weight.Folds flat into a small space.It's rock solid when in use.Can't give any less than five stars and happy to recommend👍👍👍👍👍

Great stand for the price.Much more sturdy than other stands I've used, at this price point.I trust mine to hold my black beauty and it hasn't slipped or fallen out of it yet.Definitely recommend this for any guitarist after a decent stand at a good price.

Perfect does the job

Affordable basic guitar stand that doesn't take up a lot of room. My guitar doesn't lean too far back, so the stand is good for corners and tight spaces.
