Great customer service from alpha 420
It's important to note if you're in the UK you will need a step down transformer capable of handling 1000watts, I'd recommend going for a 2000 or 3000watt step down transformer to ensure the machine had the power there to pull from whilst running.My first device was faulty and past the time period for return so I emailed alpha 420 to see what my options were and the service I received was second to none, I had a new working machine within a week which has restored my confidence in the brand. If you have any problems then get in contact with them, I hope this company goes from strength to strength because they certainly deserve to.
