11Pcs Model Basic Tools Craft Set Car Model Building Repair Fix Kit for Gundam Modeler

I bought this cause i recently got into model kits but it was a little difficult cause i didnt have the right tools i was using nail clippers to clip parts and they wouldnt make clean cuts and i would use normal eyebrow tweezers to apply any stickers while it wasnt impossible it was a bit of a challenge till i bought this kit it comes with very useful items the clippers are a decent beginner pair although they had a strong rubber smell to them they work great im getting cleaner more precise cuts the smell isnt as bad after a day or two of airing out. The tweezers are very nice i have no problem applying stickers at all anymore and the fact that you get two sets a straight pair and a angled pair makes for better precision placement of stickers a good example is the broly rise kit cause you have to place the stickers in these little indentations it made building him 100x easier than if i attempted it without the kit, just be sure to clean the tips of the tweezers before you use them fresh out of the box they had either dirt or paint on the inner tip so when i grabbed a clear see through sticker with them they left a black smudge on the adhesive side of the sticker it wasnt anything huge but its there after that i gave them a good cleaning on the tips and i havent had any problem since. The files are convenient for smoothing about small imperfections on like the joints that you just cant clip, the part separator is a little cheap after separating only 2 or 3 parts the edge of the tool was lost since its made of plastic, the little pen knife it comes with is also useful for scrapping off excess trim in a more precise way than the file and you get a decent amount of extra blades. Overall the this pack is very useful and is great for any beginner i definitely recommend this product!

This is a solid little tool kit. I love the side snips they feel really solid and sharp. The waterproof pen really sets this apart from other kits in this price range . I love the yellow plastic separator it really comes in handy . The pen knife blades are really small but they do give you 10 of them and the handle has a nice feel to it . The only thing I would change is I would prefer a metal file more then the 3 Emery boards . Over all I like it enough to give it a full 5 stars !

For the price, this is a great little set for the starting model builder. Aside from paint and glue, this is pretty much everything you need. I would suggest adding a cutting mat to your purchase if you do not already have one.I was surprised at the quality of most of the included items. The tweezers, sanding sticks, hobby knife and side cutters were all of a better quality than I was expecting. Typically in these types of kits, they include sub-par items, but not here. That said these aren't top of the line, but they are more than functional for someone looking to get started in model making. I also like that everything store neatly in the included case.The only concern I have is that finding blades for the hobby knife is not as easy as X-Acto style blades, but they do sell compatible blades here on amazon.

My original order kept getting delayed so I had to cancel and rebuy. Given that initial experience, I wasn't expecting much from this kit, esp. at the price I paid for it.However, when it did finally arrive, I was pleasantly surprised. It's not a high end set of tools, but they are definitely value for money. I also appreciated the small touches - the tweezers arrived with a small plastic cap to keep them closed; a number of other components were in their own sealed packages within the box.As a starter box, it's got probably everything you'll need. The only thing that would make it better would be to offer a slightly more expensive version with a cutting mat. Then it truly would be an all in one kit.

I got this back in Dec, and the tools worked for my model kit very well, and for some other projects. It had everything I needed to build a model kit and to add that nice little details that I wanted for the price.I don't think I could ask for anything more, the tools were durable and made well, the box was perfect and small, it fit everything in there at just the right size and durable this plastic.

I got this as my wife got back into model building after 20+ years and she is very happy with this. The only one complaint she had was the lining pen's entire tip came off after 10 mins of use. Not the fault of this company but that of the pen manufacturer. She says she likes that the hobby knif is a non standard one that allows for a different angle and removing edges easily, and the sprue clipper alone covers the cost of the entire kit if bought separately.

Great starter kit for beginners crafting. I bought this to help build the Cathy's DIY Flowerhouse, and it works well with everything I need. I especially appreciated that the blades were well oiled, to keep them sharp and in good condition. 4 stars for now, as I haven't yet tested it's true durability, but 1 month in and it's still great!

This set is good for the beginner, who feels afraid of the price of the plamodel tool. However, this does now ensure that the quality of each tool is satisfactory. The pen for panel line is somewhat leak and too thick to make complicated work.Good in price, but, if you are a professional plamodeler, this set might not satisfying.

As advertised and pretty decent quality tools inside

Good little kit, unfortunately when I received the set the pen had leaked a fair amount. After a clean up it was all good.
