I bought this piece of equipment for my gym, and it has become one of our most popular items! We named it Pedro and we like to use it for our personal training clients. We use Pedro to do reverse lunges, side lunges, double/single leg hamstring curls, body saws, knee tucks, ab rollouts, and alligator walks. This roller is compact, so it can be stored away easily, it is sturdy, and it has a loop, which allows you to attach a cable or band for added resistance. If you are limited on space and can only get one piece of equipment, I highly recommend this one!

Product arrive damaged. Paint scruff everywhere. Tire treading peeling.Looks used! You tell when a bunch tape sealing box. As product havent have use it but assemble was easy. Its all metal not huge as some reviews says. But its hefty. Almost comes.band not greatest.

Alright so all in all this is a pretty nice product. I have the door straps so i have used that to hook the resistance band on. Not only does this help your glutes and Hams, but it gives a good core work out as well. It’s a great addition. Now putting the wheels on was only a slight pain because i wasn’t given a tool that i did need. And one of the holes seems slightly small so i had to use a hammer to push it through. Other than that i got it all together and it works great. Just don’t tighten the wheels too tight or they won’t move like you need them to. Also make sure you move out of the way when not in use, it hurts if you hit your foot into this.

This is a great product with great quality. Package came with everything and after assembling the wheels work perfectly. Great for glutes and hamstrings.

Why is this so huge? Maybe for a commercial gym. This was industrial equipment, certainly not for a home gym unless you have a lot of floor space. And you would need a LOT of space for the exercises that are done with this. It was so wide when I opened the box there was no room to use it anywhere. Sent it back

Very well made. The wheels roll smoothly. Its a great equipment for your home gym. This is a fun way to add core exercise to your workout.
