These cards are really excellent. Don't hesitate to order! They bring variety to my workouts so I don't get bored - and a bit of surprise which is good for my brain. They explain everything very well. The pictures make sense and are relavant. If you need more info, each card has a QR code to a quick simple video. The color coding makes creating that days workout easy. I only wish that they had made lower body hinge exercises a different color than the lower body squat exercises, and the upper body pull exercises a different color than the upper body push exercises. But at least it's printed on the cards and I can figure it out.

Likes: color coded for what type of card (precautions, flexibility, stability, etc.), nice diagrams with easy to follow directions, let's you know if simple exercise equipment (band, ball) would help, safety tips to avoid injuryDislikes: could be larger print for seniors

The cards are sturdy and they show easy illustrations and instructions for the exercises. My only complaint is that they are smaller than I expected. I think the price is crazy for what you get. I would say maybe $15 would be a more reasonable cost.

Love the ease of choosing exercises for specific muscle groups.They don't take up much space and exercises are well explained.

Great product. Perfect size. They have a code on the back of each card which makes it easy to use.

I was hoping they would be larger

The cards are made very well. I wanted only flash cards and not a book. Flash cards were difficult to find. Even on ebay they were more expensive. Just my personal opinion that $15 or $16 would be a reasonable price for this item.
