That the equipment came exactly and look exactly like it did when I ordered it. Felt wonderful when I strap those 45, 35, and 25 pounds plates on it to do my dips and pull ups. Straight Awesomeness.

Its very light and the belt feels strong.. (I've used it once for a 2hr weighted pullup session).. The Carabiner/ Clips arrived damaged and don't feel like theyr very strong.. but was at a good price and will do the job

My first belt arrived without the chain for whatever reason, I wrote a 3 star review stating that the belt itself is of good quality but arrived without a chain. The RDX team reached out to me and apologised. Most companies would leave it there and MAYBE offer a 20% discount to use on their product. Not these guys. They sent me a full replacement and ensured I was looked after. Quality products, quality people!

I bought this after 3 months of beginning my weight training. I was doing chest dips and pullups by holding a dumbell between my legs and the dumbell weight was getting a little too heavy for me to comfortably hold. So I looked up this product and gave it a try.Dips progress: On my first day I already improved in weight. I grabbed about 2 dumbell weights up from what I had been previously using on the dips. I had been using a 20Kg dumbell. First day with this I was able to use the 24Kg dumbell.Pullups progress: The next day I was using it to do pullups. I was using a 8Kg dumbell and upped it to 12.5Kg. While it was not really difficult to hold the 12.5Kg without the belt, it certainly made it more comfortable and one less thing to think about when preforming my sets.Comfort: I'm a very small build. I have a 29" waist and the belt fits no problem. If you run the chain through one of the loops first before tying it round a weight, it pulls itself firmly in place no problem. The chain even has room to loop around the dumbell fully to ensure it is held firmly in place. I would recommend using the dumbell over the plate simply because the dumbell is easier to stabilise with your legs while you're suspended in the air.Current progress: Well I've had this belt for 2 months now and my dips progress has gone through the roof. I'm on the 35Kg dumbell now. For a 64Kg guy, that's over half my weight! I simply wouldn't be able to perform dips with this weight without a belt like this. My pullups are still struggling. I'm using the 15Kg dumbell these days. Nothing to do with the belt. I'm just poor with pulling movements in comparison to pushing movements.Quality: The belt is very well made and there's no sign of any wear and tear on it. Can't fault this product in any way.

Title says it all really, fast delivery but only half of the item actually arrived! Belt feels about a fair quality for the price but it is a pretty useless item without its chain. Not sure how something like that would fall through the cracks but happy to amend this review if/when a replacement is delivered.

Belt has been amazing. It is comfortable and fits perfectly. It is easy to attach weight to and doesn't cause any pain around the waist.

Had 80kg on it while doing dips worked how it should 👍

For 30$ it’s ok, but the belt is kinda big for me, so it falls from the back, as it was said in another review chains is not really big

You’re not supposed to use dipping belts with plates, you should use dumbbells instead because their shape does not change as the weight goes up. I use 80lbs for my chin ups: trying to use plates would have me use 45 + 25 + 10, which would result in an unbalanced mess that is hard to set up and hard to land safely. With an 80lbs dumbbell, all I have to do is to coil up the chain 2x around it, tighten it, then attach the hook at the end to the belt.This is where the shortcomings of this product show up: the chain is not long enough to coil of up around a dumbbell without having to be awkwardly close to it. To make things worse, the hooks that came with this belt are too flimsy and small. You may prick your finger while trying to detach a hook from the belt. Finally, the belt itself is too stiff and not long enough to wrap around the waistline.
