Edit 07/15/2019 - So I have now had the brace for about two years. It is great and still in great shape. It continues to keep my shoulder in a firm position and does the job well. I have lent it to a few friends at the gym, and they have raved about the brace and bought their own. Yes, it can feel scratchy around the lats area due to the velcro, but I always use a thin t-shirt underneath, don't wear it against your bare skin. A pretty simple solution. This and a ACE knee brace I bought at Walmart (the one with two metal supports on each side of the knee) are always in my Hyperfly gym bag just in case I need them, which is often.Received what I think is a labrum tear while rolling jiu jitsu. This brace has done a wonderful job. I have been using it both when relaxing/healing and when training both stand-up muay thai & bjj, and it compresses and stabilizes my shoulder effectively. The brace stays in place and does not get loose, nor does it irritate or annoy when throwing punches or rolling. I've been using it consistently for about three months now and I am impressed with its sound quality & durability. The brace also makes me feel like a f***g Gladiator like the guy in the pic when I put it on and wear it. I would recommend this brace to any athlete with a shoulder problem.

I found this to offer good support for my shoulder after a long work day. It is easy to put on and supports well. It has the ability to hold an ice pack in place, but in reality it has to be a fairly small ìcepack. It is not something I would work in as there is some small impact to mobility. Still a good value.

I somehow dislocated my shoulder I assume while sleeping? (I like to call these strange ticks SRIs, sleep related injuries.) Anyway, it wakes me up throughout the night, I can even pull the covers up with that arm. I try not to fall asleep on the non injured side, but who knows where I go from there while sleeping. I have gone to the Dr who put my shoulder back in place, but tape was used to keep it there, which didn’t seem to work, so I bought this brace. Not only does it help keep it in place, it reminds me of what I can and cannot be doing which is a plus. I admit I wear it longer than stated to try and heal quicker, but I do remove it to do some exercises to strengthen the shoulder up. I know this isn’t the long term answer (nor do I want it to be) but it has definitely helped keep it stable.I’m not a tiny woman, but this is extremely adjustable for tiny to large. No feeling of cut off circulation. Just about every part of this is Velcro adjustable. I wear it under my clothes (but above the bra) but if you wear scoop or v-necks, note it will be visible. Oh well, gotta do what we gotta do right? If you are like me and hate the feeling of things touching your neck (yeah I’m weird like that) it does sometimes touch slightly, I imagine especially with females with a decent size chest if you know what I mean. I just readjust it down a little. I’m not a Dr, but I would say if your feeling shoulder pain, this is great for stabilization and best to start immediately while waiting for that Dr appointment. I cannot comment yet on the pouch for heat or cold as I haven’t used that.... yet. I may in the future. Most Drs tell you to do that 2-3 Times a day so the pouch will really come in handy.Delivery was pretty quick, took a bit longer than most but not that much. Seemed a lot longer because of the pain but really was only a day or two extra. So all that said, decent price, recommended. Wishing you all pain free times!

This is the 3rd brace that I tried and it is not too bad for the money. It is less cumbersome than others and it is easier to ware under clothing, but it is not as comfortable under the arm as more expensive braces. It is a good brace to have if you ware a suit and want to put on a coat since there is less bulk. But if you need more support for sport events and manual labor you should have a belt that offers more adjustments and will stiffen up you shoulder and hold it in place. It serves the purpose and I am happy with it and the price was right but it is rather uncomfortable under the armpit so beware is you are a bit on the slight side.
