Impact Custom Professional MMA/Boxing/Muay Thai Mouthguard White

It took me forever to receive the product from when I purchased it like a month. Upon. Receiving the item it didn’t fit me properly either. I contacted customer service and they responded with the worst attitude and even tried to double down to sell me another one when the first mouthguard didn’t even fit properly. Terrible customer serrvice and company they don’t stand by their product and treat customers horribly, I would stay away. I kept explaining the issue but the person couldn’t comprehend what I was saying when it was literally so straightforward like the mouthguard doesn’t fit period in my mouth. What more do you want simplified. Keep in mind I paid $102 for this terrible product and worst rude, condescending customer service. Avoid!!!Edit: Customer Service eventually contacted me to make it right and I was both surprised and impressed by it. It was a long and difficult process at times, with getting the correct mold and communication, but in the end they made it right. I really appreciate Tracy’s help and communication on the matter.

I’ve used boil mouth pieces for years.My boy put me on to this and so glad he did. It’s perfect fit, great customer service. If you are in any contact sports, don’t go to boil mouth pieces. Get this!!! It’s affordable and fits like a glove.

I ordered this after trying a Shock Doctor. I could not breathe for the life of me. Impact is custom and stays out of the way while protecting. It doesn't fall out and doesn't need to be adjusted. The only negative is the time it takes to receive the finished product. Oh well.

Boil and bite mouthpieces are fine for most recreational activities, but these are infinitely better as far as protection and comfort. I’m comfortable sparring hard and competing with this. I have never had a custom dentist-built mouthpiece, but I can’t imagine them being much better than this. If you’re competing in combat sports, and can afford it, this product is a must.Furthermore, their customer service is great. I didn’t need any help with the impression, but when I contacted them about shipping they got back to me in a few hours.

This mouthguard is a game changer. It stays in place and is comfortable. I know longer have to worry about my guard slipping down after taking shots or after I start to breathe heavy. If you are thinking about upgrading from a boil and bite don't hesitate get one of these guards, you will not be disappointed. Also their customer service is fantastic. I decided after I had ordered I wanted to make some changes. They were amazing to work with on it and got me exactly what I wanted.

Awesome custom mouth guard! I use it for Brazilian Jui-Jitsu (bjj) and it has made a big difference in my breathing over the boil and bite cheap ones. I no longer have to take it in and out to have a drink or talk to some one. Who wants to be touching your mouth guard over and over with someone's sweat all over you....
