Love it!!
This was SUPER easy to connect to my phone (IPhone 14) and super easy to use. I’m very pleased with this as it’ll be really useful for my business. It took me under 5 min to connect and use. This is better used on light colored items as it is not vibrant enough for darker items. But I’m 100% happy with this!

It get the job done
This is my back up, my 1st one is still going strong. I love the fact that I can print on pretty much anything. But you must have a steady hand. I use the guide to make sure of my preciseness.The bad thing about this system is sometimes you don’t want to use the guide and you may be forced to.

App does not work so printer does not work!
I have spent hours now trying to get the APP to connect to the printer. The printer can be seen by my bluetooth, but the app cannot see it. I am on a Galaxy s23 ultra.Do not bother with this printer. The software does not work. The reviews of the software on google play also reflect that this printer will not work with Android. Better to spend a little more and get something that actually works.

Could be better
Cute printer. However, the ink doesn't give full color and everything looks light pink or light blue. Also, it says print on any surface. Nope... I printed on hard, porous plastic and the ink smudged. After letting it dry for a while, ink still wiped off easily with water. Tried on fabric, was ok, but was fuzzy looking. Works great on matte paper, but nothing glossy or shiny. Liked that it was wireless. App was fine, but switching the images took a little to long for the printer to process.

They handled a replacement item quickly and the customer service was great
The battery of my printer stopped holding a charge, But there customer support was awesome and they quickly got back to me. They handled the replacement shipped to me (free of charge) of an item that came with a year-long warranty, and did this very quickly, had great customer support and I appreciated that they did this for me.

Does not work
Printer has a great concept that I wanted to use however, the instructions are hard to follow. Putting in the ink cartridge was difficult with the pictures provided. I had to search up a video. After that another problem with connecting then Bluetooth from the app to the printer. I gave up after 8 tries. Printer is not worth the headache ended up returning it.

Great concept - App underdeveloped
Nice little printer for paper rafting. Colors are bold and bright, easy to use. The app is challenging - seems to require frequent restart - like every time you change what you’re printing.App art is free for a year - then you have to pay. If it’s going to be this glitchy it’s shameful to make you pay. Needs to be permanently free.Really hope they fix the app - great concept and does work well except for constantly having to fuss with the App.

Works best with my iPad, not android device. Cord with machine didn't work, luckily I had another compatible cord. Once charged and connected to iPad worked just fine. Watched some videos, helped a lot. Will probably use it mostly to print sentiments in card making and for snail mail
