I use this all the time. I fry with it, bake with it, it is just the bomb! It really isn't as expensive as it sounds, I used my first 21 oz can regularly and it lasted close to six months. I decided to buy in bulk and share with family, who also love it.

I have been using Vegalene cooking spray for years now. I use the 21 oz size. It lasts forever....unlike the small cans of cooking spray you get from the store. It works well, lasts longer and sprays nice.I buy this kind only......highly recommend
