Pitcher is great but they dont sell filters on amazon and their app has very buggy e-commerce that has now sent me into 2 infinite loops. I cant believe how hard it is to buy filters. I suggest let people manage subscriptions in amazon because its more practical to have as few places to manage subscriptions as possible and your very peculiar app creates barriers - a user should never start to regret using your product but thats how annoying it is. And i am highly tech literate, this is not a case of user error.
