If you already have a dress form but it doesn't quite conform to you unique "bumps and curves," this is the item to buy. Not sure why I saw so many negative reviews, but I went ahead with the purchase and am happy that I did. I will at least qualify this by saying I "found" a professional dress-form with collapsible shoulders on the sidewalk during trash-day. It was old but a size 14. Since size 14 is the cut-off for most designers in finding nice clothing (without looking frumpy and old-maid-like), I wanted to drape my own. Since I'm between a 14 to an 16 (depending on who makes the clothes), I found the padded pieces AND the overall "over" for the dress form fits nicely. Perhaps the negative reviews were for either: cheap bought-it-at-Hancocks dress forms (Dritz?) OR the purchasers were trying to place these items on a size 24 dress form. In any event, it works just find with a Professional size 14 dress form.

The media could not be loaded. This is the first time I'm using padding to adjust my dressform, in some ways it definitely works, but the foam slivers and petals don't intuitively nest in each other to create a natural shape, so I don't know how to size up or down. They are all very flat and one dimensional instead of being contoured to fit inside each other and over the dress form (size 10), specifically the chest. It doesn't sit flat on the middle or sides of the chest, and the other foam petals are just kind of stuffed under the biggest chest pieces, so it's not very stable (even) when layered. It's good for amount paid, compared to other foam body kits out there.

Wish some of them were thicker but they work great. I just need a few more since I’m a little fluffy right now lol

I am very disappointed with these. They do not add enough to change the size. I was hoping this would be ok. Unfortunately I found out too late, otherwise would have returner.I do not recomend these.

I bought for adding to small size dress maker maniquin Padding worked fine however for what I needed the cover was way to small. It fits over in smallest size not when maniquin is opened. I had to pin in the pads.

My product was missing the stretchy cover. I notified the seller and it was corrected right away. I have used the product to make my dresses and it was very helpful to simulate the shape and size of the patron during the design phase and during the construction of the dresses. I really appreciated the ability to move the pads to mimic the patrons shape.
