I didn't feel or see any changes from these, but maybe I simply didn't take them long enough.

I have been taking these pills for almost 3 weeks now and I have seen a very slight difference in my skin tone. It does seems to be working but it's taking awhile for the skin tone to show the fairness results. The pills are not that big in size and are pretty easy to swallow. I take two pills on an empty stomach, daily. I am gonna continue to use these pills and am looking forward for even better results.

I've tried Beshiny 4 years ago, but their whitening mask is not available anymore. I thought I'd give this product a try since I've taken glutathione capsules before, mostly made in the US or in my home country.I've taken these capsules for a week now and have not experienced any bloating or other side effects. I'm actually happy with the results as I've noticed that my skin glowing! But I'm also using other products in my skincare routine. The recommended dose is 2 caps which makes it 500mg/cap, the bottle says 1000mg.After a week, I noticed some orange/brown spots in the capsule coating. This bottle wasn't exposed to heat and light. I decided to search for the address on the bottle, and it is a storage unit in England!! Who knows how long this product has been sitting in storage!! It says best before 12/25 but it has already gone bad. Also, I mixed the powder in water in my teal-colored tumbler and I think I'm gonna be sick just seeing that it didn't dissolve and there's a thin film forming on the surface. I don't know what possible health issue I'll encounter from taking this but DO NOT PURCHASE!!

This may help, eventually, or may do nothing. It's promise is kind of a tall order. I've just started taking it- it's worth a try! I will update after a month, if I see any results!

Since starting to take Glutathione I’ve felt a bit more alert and peppy. I’ve taken different brands but find they all seem to work fine. Individual Supplements see to have little difference between brands. Usually it’s just branding/marketing. OfCourse if they add something else to the product that can affect price, but I just go with the best priced option.I didn’t realize this product was used for skin whitening, I discovered it as a supplement for maintaining youth. I’m mixed ethnicity butI haven’t really noticed any skin whitening. I tan easily so I’m not really concerned about that.Overall, I’m satisfied with this.

I've been taking Glutathione mainly for my liver. And this is a new brand that i've been trying. It's easy to swallow and no flavor at all. However, I saw some pills have like a rust stain color in it. I'm not sure if it's due to shipping but I don't have any side effects. And also don't see any whitening effect as i've been only using it for a week. I'll update this review if I see any changes.

My dr and naturopath told me to take glutathione to hopefully help my injured hip/back from a car accident. I think its helping? If nothing else i havent been getting worse like i usually do! Ima keep taking them since glutathione does a lot for the body and i dont feel sick or anything when i take it.
