Per specification I don't believe so, but I use them outside and use electrical tape to seal the connectors and some spray protectant to keep the sun from degrading the wire insulation over time. Works fine for me and has them installed in pouring rain and direct sunlight for some time. Just make sure not to skip the step of coating that wire insulator with something or it will degrade over time. Use extra protectant if you are going to bury it.

Quality DC extension cable for security cameras

Very good quality cable. It can be used for 9v DC applications as well. The interesting tid-bit is that it did not have a voltage drop across the entire length of the cable when tested with 9v DC adapter. At 33ft @ 9v DC and no power loss, thats VERY good.
