I love these little kudos. I use them at work to give thanks to people who go above and beyond. It is important to note that they don't have adhesive on them. They are made of good paper so you don't have to worry about ripping. These would be great if you have a Thank You Thursday at work for co-workers to complete.

I love that this provides a quick and easy way to compliment others. These are left out at work so that others can provide coworkers with a compliment/ kudos. I think this is a great way to boost morale, and to encourage recognition of others!
