I have some tendinitis of the forearm that has been bothered by playing guitar. Outside of resting it more, when I have to play, I started using this sleeve. It does seem to compress it in a way that prevents it from getting as inflamed, and the arm does feel better after playing than it did previously when I didn't use the sleeve. It's made of a nice material, so feels good to wear too. Having compared to other sleeves, but seems to do good enough to be worth wearing.

I really was skeptical at first. My doctor told me to get Copper sleeves for my " over used" elbows. I am using my arms all day long like everyone else. It relives that joint and muscle pain. I wore it for a good 2 months because I loved the support. I am very thin so it felt like my bones were going to pop out. This relieved the pain and muscle around it. Try it I promise you have nothing to lose. The knee braces work fab. Nothing like losing weight, but they work.

i wear mine at night and I dont wake up in the middle of the night anymore with elbow pain (tennis elbow). the materials are good and seems to be well made , not too elastic and not too hard its just right . it doesnt bother me at all , doesnt scratch me , it is not too tight nor too lose. i wish they'd sell 2 units pack for better price but other than that is a good product

... catastrophic injury to radial head with reconstructive surgery to follow ... these sleeves offer relief for a situation of constant pain. Not that the pain goes away completely, that would be a miracle ... but to have relief? A blessing. Thank you COPPER HEAL!

These do work, I don't know what the copper does, but it takes the pain away almost completely. I wake up in the middle of the night...if I don't have it on...and my arm is in so much pain that I can't even lift my arm, I put on the sleeve and within a minute my arm doesn't hurt so much and I can lift it without total pain, I sleep great the rest of the night and my arm is fine in the morning. Make sure you order the right size or it will be too tight on your upper arm which is uncomfortable.

the top elastic band seems to stretch too fast-loses its elasticity, but the bottom elastic retains its shape and strength. although the top elastic band does not maintain its elasticity for a long time, the overall product seems to be very helpful for helping my elbows from hurting too much when golfing it is too bad that despite all the technology used to develop this product, one part of the product fails to perform and hoped.

Comfortable and provides a mild level of support. I say mild = not completely resolved pain, but does offer relieve. As for the copper, I can't say with authority if that element is the stimulus or the tight compression that helps. Add a bit of placebo effect maybe? After about a week use, the iron-on branded logo/words are peeling. Too bad, now I can't walk around and credit/advertise for Copper Heal. A stitched logo would've been good, but I know they went for cost vs quality.

It's only been one day, but I already feel like I've been had by a snake oil salesman. I doubt the healing qualities based on this being thin, lycra-like material. It is reasonably comfortable, but there's little-to-no support. I will try wearing it tomorrow with my elbow strap, but am doubtful. Will update in a week if I find this is actually helpful.

On opening box 1st impressions were awful. Poor packaging and labelling looked ridiculously cheap.I didn’t even open the packet looks incredibly thin like cheap piece of stretchy polyester.Sorry but I just had no confidence compared to comparible product I bought from amazon

Small in sizing made in China so if your bigger on the upper arms the ‘top’ folds / turns down, compression / pain relief is good if you can avoid it rolling down from the top !!

I've had elbow pain for several months now. Wearing the sleeve does help ease it, but hasn't cured it yet! I've only worn it (during the day) for a few days so far though.

I was impressed with this elbow support as it is very well made and light to wear. It does the job and does not sweat you. I would recommend this to friends & family

I have tennis elbow which I have had over a year now. Nothing working for me so tried this. I have done gardening and been in pain so I put this on after and the pain seems to go away. I have even slept with it on and it is fine.
