Instant Energy Oral Spray, 14ml

I work in a warehouse environment, and I’m almost constantly moving. I work from sunrise to sunset, and there have been times when I come to work still feeling tired and sleepy. I bought a bottle of this spray from my local health store out of curiosity, knowing that I seem to have developed a tolerance to energy drinks, but a spray? From the word Go, 2 sprays provided more than enough energy to power through an 11+ hour shift(granted, I did 2 more sprays before clocking back in after lunch break, and I’ve found that 1 additional spray after 2nd-to-last break keeps fatigue from setting in for the final hour). All in all, does it work? Absolutely. Unfortunately, the company behind this isn’t making it anymore, at least for now. I asked on their FB page if they were still making the stuff. I got a response 2 days later, saying they weren’t, at least for now. Turns out they’re reformulating it, and it won’t be back until January.

No noticeable difference in energy,

Don't notice any boost in energy when using this product. I tried the "serving size" of 4 sprays. It looks like the max recommended dose is 10 sprays in 12 hours. I might try that and see if it does anything, but that's a lot of sprays for such a small container at this price point. It's only 30 mg of a proprietary blend including caffeine and other amino acids. I'm not sure exactly how much caffeine is in a serving size, but my guess is that it's not a significant amount of caffeine, which in my opinion should be the primary ingredient. It is extremely convenient, but I wish it was more effective.
