I tried paddle boarding with my friends once before and fell in love with it! I compared the prices of paddle boards in local stores and on amazon then decided to buy this one. I took it to the lake yesterday and was really satisfied with my board. It is pretty and very sturdy. It came in a bag with everything I needed in it. It is not too heavy for me to carry (I am a 5'5 tall female). I also tried my friend's board which she bought at a higher price in-store, but I could not feel any difference(maybe it was because I am a beginner). I would say this is of great value for beginners like me.

We had a blow out randomly this did nothing different never hit anything and less than 80 hrs of paddle time i always deflate and put away no other issues ever we love it but can't find customer service number , I think it was just a weak seam was hoping to get a replacement

First time we used the board, it took three of us several tries to get the fin installed. The second time we took it out, my teenagers couldn't get the fin in all the way but said it seemed really tight and it couldn't budge. They were not able to get the locking mechanism in because the fin wasn't lining up with the notches. The fin ended up falling off in the lake and we lost it. I emailed the company and they said they don't have replacements. The fin is not like the fins from any of our other boards, or anyone else I know, it has notches throughout. I have scoured the internet looking for a replacement fin, and there is nothing out there that resembles it. What a waste!

I received my new paddleboard at Easter and because it was cold out that day did not have a chance to use it till the beginning of June. When I did I was initially impressed. The board was very stable and my extended family who was with me was considering ordering the same one. Then while we were sitting having lunch we heard a loud sound. The seam on the MOUSA SUP had opened while sitting off by itself. Clearly a manufacturing defect. While we were sad that we would not be able to use it for the rest of the weekend everyone assumed the company would replace it quickly. I have emailed MOUSA several times and have never received any response. I submitted a question on Amazon asking how to reach their customer service and received no response and the question was never posted. I contacted Amazon and was told it was past the 30 days so had to deal with the company. At this point neither I nor anyone in my family will ever purchase from this company again. If you buy from MOUSA they will not stand behind their product and their warranty and extended warranty mean nothing. Purchasing MOUSA new provides the same customer service as buying from a garage sale.

Bought this for a Christmas gift and couldn’t use it until now. Took it out for second time and piece of fin broke off. Contacted to see if can replace and was told it was an old model and couldn’t be replaced.

Paddle board is definitely getting very popular these days and I always want one after seeing some samples at Costco which is more pricey. Found this one which is in my budget range. It comes in a nice carrier backpack, it comes with everything you need include extended warranty. Quality is definitely better than expected for a paddle board at this price range and it’s easy to set up. It’s lighter then the one I have which make it more convenient to carry. I would recommend it to beginners who’s looking for good quality low price paddle board
