Essential Sharpening Tool: A Must-Have for Every Home
This little sharpening tool has become my best friend. I have sharpened all of my knives, scissors, and every single thing in the house that needs sharpening, and more. It is perfect and easy to use. I even used it to sharpen the blade on my lawnmower. We are not sponsored or getting paid for this review, but we have to say this is worth every penny. Adequate and light addition
The tool is useful and light weight; however, it is likely to take practice to get a half decent edge on a blade with this, and will probably need to be stropped. The Fero rod is fairly good for its size. The diamond file is very coarse and I feel would have benefited with being a lot finer. Overall OK if weight is a real issue, but it is likely to be used rarely (at least by me).

Works well, gets knifes sharp enough, whistle is pretty loud and fire starter works.
I've used several little sharpeners like this and this is one of the better ones. Easy to use and puts a good edge on knives. Don't expect it to get your knifes razor sharp but it will get them sharp enough to for example cut through a old soft tomato. As mentioned in the headline the whistle is loud and the fire starter work. The rods have a coating on them you need to scrape off first, any reviews saying they don't work must just not know how to use them. Will I ever need the whistle or fire starter probably not but they're nice to have and although they add to the size of it it's still just small enough to carry with you in your pocket/throw on a key chain.
