Charger how do I get to the charger to plug in the bottom is stuck o

You have to push really hard…it’s a longish way past the rubber cover

There are no instructions. when i plugged it in, it steadily blinks. is it supposed to do this? how long does it take to charge?

The instructions were on a tiny paper with very tiny print. I think the first charge took a couple of hours. It stops blinking when the charge is complete.

Please provide Charging instructions.

There is a very small hole on the handle that is very hard to see but almost looks like a small pinhole the charger fits into. It's so small to keep it waterproof
