The best YET!
I’ve bought this before and had to ensure I came & bought another. The netting is extremely durable. Not one clamp has popped off & the polls are extremely durable !

It works, but read protocol
I used this during Elliot in December 2022. Temps in my area got down to 18°F. Since we had 80° for a few weeks, I planted pansies, snap dragons, and other annuals and perennials. These are the steps I took to preserve vegetation and it worked!!!1. Cover each individual plant with a plastic Walmart or other grocery bag. Anchor with small stakes, or they will blow away! (This was the most effective step!)2. Cover with GRAUERHUND Plant Cover Freeze Protection kit. Keep low to the ground where the arches are just above the plants. It may require using the legs in some places, but not in others.3. Securely anchor it. This kit could use double the anchors supplied-especially when there are gale-force winds. Make sure stakes are inserted all the way to the ground, or they will easily dislodge.4. If temps drop below 24°F, cover with a tarp, especially at night.Everything survived-even the blooms!!! The only places I lost anything were were I ran out of supplies and used heavy blankets or where the Walmart bags blew away. I did keep everything covered for 2 entire days with no sun (with tarps since the high was 28°F). Thus far, everything looks fine. Areas that had only a heavy tarp with out the GRAUERHUND Plant Cover did not do well. I also used ziplock bags on a few Aztec plants and zipped tight at the base when I ran out of supplies. This also worked very good. However, it would not work on more fragile vegetation like snap dragons.Final points: GRAUERHUND Plant Cover is an excellent product. It needs two improvements:1. Thin metal spikes to attach to archways so they will better secure in the ground.2. More ground stakes to secure the cover-especially if there is any wind at all. (Note, sakes must be firmly inserted all the way to the ground to work).

Broccoli worm free
Kept worms out of my broccoli until I had to remove the tunnel because the plants outgrew it. Only complaint, the netting is extremely delicate.

Great item for the. $$$
I got this to protect our watermelon and cantaloupe from the rabbits, birds, and even deer. And I will say for the price I love the item. The individual pieces give you some customizable assembly ways if you dont pay attention to the instructions and it allowed me to cover both rows with one kit. The stakes have a little bit of give to them so you can kind of move them to fit. The only reason for the 4 star is the mesh is great, light breathable and looks like it will let great amounts of light and rain in, however its very flimsy and tears easily...I suggest using bricks to anchor to the ground rather than the plate/stakes they send with it /. Other wise great item that should provide a couple years of service perhaps with new mesh every year

Not strong enough
Netting isn’t strong enough, easily punctured

Not stable without additional stakes
A good idea because the netting does help the plants. Might as well go to a craft store for a roll of netting and Home Depot for some 1”x1” wood and make it yourself. Any wind will blow the whole thing over.
