Base plate screwed in and notched box snapped in over wiring. Made my job so much easier. Looks good. Note: This is not a heavy duty box. Works for me. I like the cutouts in the back and the different options to attach it to a wall, etc. It's also nice that the back detaches from the sides -- that makes it easier to mount. The back plate can be easily removed from the sides and placed with exact position then the box or sides can be easily snaped back into place.
