Yarn breaks too easily
I'm not sure if this is old yarn or what. I just got a ball of it for gauge since the pattern called for this brand of yarn . All I was trying to do was a long tail cast on and it would break every few stitches. So I started pulling on it with very little force and break, break, break. Actually I've never had a yarn that breaks so easily. I would never trust it with a project. I'll just stick to the yarns I know. Beautiful color, but no thanks!

Different dye lot
Nothing wrong with the Rowan yarn itself. I ordered 4 balls of the color Carbon of Felted Tweed. One of the ball is a different dye lot from the other three balls. It actually is with an older yarn label. Any yarn seller should know that knitters need a project in the same dye lot. The worst part is that I contacted the seller 5 days ago and never heard back.The 1 star review is for the seller's service, not the yarn itself.

Wolle entspricht nicht der Erwartung
Optik und Haptik der Wolle enttäuschend. Die Wolle ist optisch sehr stumpf und der tweed Effekt sehr sehr schwach. Die Farbe ist nicht türkis wie beschrieben sondern eher ein blasser Grünton. ich bezweifle auch die beschriebene Zusammensetzung, denn die Wolle fasst sich sehr stumpf an und kratzt. Schade hätte eine schönere Wolle für den Preis erwartet.
