I don’t know how to set the code. Overall it was ok to install. I had to remove some things from the door but for the most part, it was pretty easy after that . The instructions are not very clear , that’s why I am having issues setting a code

NOT AS PICTURED! I have ordered this twice and twice received (very quickly, I must say) the same thing -- a BLACK lock. It's probably oil rubbed bronze -- I didn't look that close. I returned the first one with a note to please send the one pictured in the ad, but got the same thing as a replacement. I don't know what's going on, but this product (as shown) looks perfect for my remodel -- if I can ever get it!

The lock looks nice. Here are the problems: 1) the picture shows silver or chrome when you order it; however, the one sent to me is black. 2) it looks like it was returned from a previous order or something. 3) the screws and the cylinders they goes into does not match or cross thread or something like that. 4) The default code doesn't work.What I like about it is that no batteries are needed.
