Product stops working after a short time and warranty does not work
I purchased one of these and was very happy with it initially, as it was very powerful. Just after the warranty period, which is very short (for a reason I now know), it stopped working, or would work for 30 seconds and then stop. When you follow the link provided on a card with the product to register the warranty, it does not work. I purchased a second one, thinking it must just be bad luck, but the same think happened with the second one. The button that you press to make it work is also very awkwardly placed on the top of the whisk which is ergonomically not the best.

Not much luck with the frother
This is my fourth (!) frother. The first one works beautifully, but I keep it at the office. Needed one for home too, so ordered again. The second one was broken, the third one had the coil misshapen, and this this the fourth one after two uses. I just want frothy milk 😭Trying to get hold of Amazon customer service to see what they can do. Shall I get a 5th one?! Any other makes recommendations would be most welcome!
