TLDR; 9/10. Really fantastic flavor and texture. TRY IT.
Not world class macros, but a great snack or occasional protein supplement. We all have our own personal taste so food scoring can be really subjective. I'll include a few of my recent scores to compare against your personal bias. On the high side, MetRx Cookie Crunch is a 9 for me as well as the Gatorade Chocolate Caramel for texture and overall taste. The texture on these think! bars is closer to the Gatorade, a bit on the soft side but still holding up really well so that you can still throw it in a bag for later without worry. Anything by Pure Protein lands firmly in the 4-6/10 for me - the texture is kind of poopy and the flavors run a wild and unpredictable range, but I still eat them often because their macros can't be beat. I rated the Orgain Brownie flavor a 5/10 (good texture but somewhat bitter) and Simply Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate an 8/10 (Great texture that reminds you of cereal, but falls apart and is also very slightly on the bitter side).

I love these (Chunky Peanut Butter)
(Chunky Peanut Butter)I've loved these things for a long time, at times too much. I think these are the best tasting protein bars on the market, better than the old quest bars. The ''chunky'' peanut butter is the best, the ''creamy'' peanut butter is also good and better than your average protein bar. The ''creamy'' peanut butter bar can more accurately be described as ''chewy,'' and I don't mean that in a bad way, in the way that most (peanut butter) protein bars may be ''chewy'' which ends up being ''tough'' and ''dry'' - the think! creamy peanut butter ends up being a very pleasant nice and soft taste and texture, very much what a ''creamy'' or ''chewy'' peanut butter protein bar SHOULD taste like. The ''chunky'' peanut butter bar, by far my all time favorite protein bar, could more accurately be described as something like ''soft'' - maybe texture-wise something slightly comparable to a brownie or a bar or something? There's a perfect texture and softness that I absolutely love. Which brings me to the taste, in my opinion they taste very good, for a protein bar, and that's an important caveat. They're not going to taste like a dessert. The sugar alcohol is going to be dependent upon the person tasting them. I can sort of taste an alcohol like ''coolness'' aftertaste that I suspect many will not like, but in my opinion it works and is just sweet enough. The taste compliments the texture well. It's hard to describe but I love it.I know some people are sensitive to sugar alcohols, while others find them quite tolerable in terms of digestion, my own experience with most things, and most protein supplements is that as long as I don't have many times more than the 1 serving of any one item that they're usually very tolerable, and the same applies to these protein bars. But people should understand that some people aren't going to tolerate them perfectly. These will fulfill a role as a snack during times of dieting where some kind of chocolate is being craved and allow me to reasonably flex them into my diet without throwing macros completely off track, like adding a bunch of saturated fats or taking out ~20g of protein to fit in something chocolately that may be super high calories, high sat. fat and low in protein. That being said, it's not like this is a unicorn of a health food, and so within the context of a diet becomes a valuable tool in the tool box addressing issues like satiety and hunger etc. Once again though, some people will find the sugar alcohol's actually act like sugar and may spike hunger.A few years ago when I purchased these they always made it to my door in perfect condition. There were some reviews of people getting old bars or melting bars or damaged bars, however my shipment came with a styrofoam cooler/insulator thing with what looked like a bag of ice. The bag of ice was melted and I sort of wonder how much it actually helped as it took a couple days, and I imagine something like dry ice would be better probably? It would last longer and I assume less possibility for moisture? I don't really know, but I thought it was a very nice and thoughtful touch that they are going to that extent to ensure their product arrives in good shape.

New favorites!
These are delicious! Best ones Ive tried yet!Shipped UPS and was packed with an icepack that had long since melted and the entire box was soaked... no need for ice as they are shelf stable to begin with.

No artificial sweeteners, not bad tasting
I love these bars. I keep one at my desk, in my purse, and gym bag. When i am hungry, i take a couple of bites and it curves my hunger.I like these bars because they don’t have any artificial sweeteners. I’m allergic to artificial sweeteners. Also, i like them because are not a bad tasting bar. They are a little pricey, but they save me from eating junk food or making a bad meal choice.I have only eaten the brownie and the chocolate peanut butter bars. I haven’t tried the others.

Peanut Butter? Not on This Planet
While I have at least enjoyed the way Think chocolate mint bars have tasted, these Think "Peanut Butter" bars taste terrible, have an unpleasant texture, and have few redeeming nutritional qualities that might make them worth choking down.Taste: if you were given these bars in a blindfolded taste test you would never guess that they are supposed to be flavored like peanut butter, which in the absence of some noticeable chocolate or fruit flavoring is not all that desirable on its own in a protein bar. In fact, the only real similarity is the texture, which for a bar comes pretty close to that of peanut butter and not at all what you would want in a protein "bar"; it's more like the sludge at the bottom of a jar of natural peanut butter in which the peanut oil has separated and risen to the top.Nutrition: these bars are pretty meh. 20 grams of protein is nice but plenty of other far tastier protein bars offer that. 11 grams of sugar alcohol is on the high side and a recipe for gastrointestinal discomfort, and despite zero sugar they are on the high side calorie-wise; less sugar alcohol and a few grams of sugar would provide a much better trade-off. And while I am not a fan of high fiber bars, a modest amount (say 2 or 3 grams) would be nice and might improve their rather off-putting texture.Don't waste your money on these protein bars. There are plenty of other alternatives out there that taste much better and have superior nutritional qualities.

Delicious perfect for me.
It took a long time to find just peanut butter without chocolate, caramel and whatever else they like to put in there. I only eat half at it is very filling. Need to know to be refrigerated.

No longer the best protein bar in the market.
These are mediocre at best. Chalky, odd flavoring. I feel like they were good 10 years ago, but there’s just better products now available.

Delicious, Consistent Flavor
I have been purchasing these bars for over a year now. They are always very tasty. This particular seller sent my package in an insulated package with an ice pack to ensure the product did not melt in the summer heat. They turned out well with no evidence of melting.
