I take 3 of these a week…. I have taken selenium of other brans since college, and I am 71 now.

I would have given this a 5-star rating but the container is HUGE, compared to the amount of product it holds. There is room for 3-4x more capsules in the HUGE container, which makes absolutely no sense. I put the capsules in a much smaller container and made a label for it.I do sleep better using this form of selenium.

I had no issues with this supplement but as a reminder selenium shouldn't be taken for long term use. I took them for a month then stopped will start again after 2 months go by. Great quality
