It’s ok. The spray won’t always spray at full capacity, so I end up spraying more. Good value tho. Would buy again.

I am a bit of a supplement junky lol and thought I'd give this vitamin B12 spray a try, to test and review for its energy boosting capabilities and I've been pleasantly surprised at its effectiveness.I should warn you that this is a higher dose B12 vitamin and as such you should check if you're already getting enough B12 from either your diet or by other supplements because prolonged overdosing of B12 isn't good for you, so check your dietary intake or other vitamins that contain B12.B12 vitamin generally comes from meat products so vegetarians and vegans will probably have a lack of B12 intake from their diets so supplementing with this spray is a great way of getting a safe higher dose which absorbs better into the body by oral use.Shortly after spraying this under my tongue I have to admit I experienced a raised level of energy when I was feeling tired about an hour before use.... Wow.... It actually does boost energy. Any excess that the body doesn't use is generally disposed of via your wee.It's a bit expensive at just over £17 at time of review but this spray bottle states that it has 75 daily doses (at the recommended 2 sprays daily) so you're getting over 2 months of use and it works :-)As with all supplements, always check with your health care professional if you can use this, especially if you have any medical condition, taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding and not forgetting that food supplements should not be used to replace a varied and balanced diet.If you're looking for an energy boost that's quick and absorbs into the body in most of its entirety, then you can't go wrong with this vitamin spray.Lactose freeGluten freeGMO freeSuitable for vegansThe spray arrives in a sealed bottle and cool looking box with a good amount of time to the best before date and is batch numbered as well.The spray pump needs a few pumps beforehand to get the liquid primed then you're good to go.Now onto the taste. It is rather sweet and an odd taste of lemon and menthol flavourings in the mix, almost reminded me of mouthwash taste but not as powerful. Its a weird taste but after swallowing, it doesn't leave any after taste so I'm not bothered with the taste really.I should imagine the sweetness helps the inside of the mouth absorb the vitamin better (spray inside the cheek or under the tongue)This spray contains artificial sweeteners (steviol glycosides)Very impressed with this energy boosting spray, easy to use and works :-)Bit pricey but I think I will buy this again after I've used all this because it works almost instantly when I'm feeling a little on the tired side :-)5 stars

This B12 spray is very easy to use, easy to absorb and there’s no swallowing of bulky pills which is the best bit! I really like that it’s a lightweight and portable bottle so I can take it out and about if I need to and that it’s a good sized bottle. It’s flavour to me is nice, it’s not unpleasant anyway and doesn’t leave a foul aftertaste (unlike others I’ve used before!) and the quality of the spray and ingredients is very good. I feel that this spray is definitely boosting my energy and I’m pleased with the ongoing costs of using it so it’s good value for money I feel. I give it a huge thumbs up and do recommend it!

I have used spray vitamins quite a lot, and psychologically l think they absorb better in the body than tablets....I take vitamin B12 as just one of my vitamin suppliments, and this one works for me and is needed to form red blood cells and DNA. It is also an important function for the development of brain and nerve cells, l also take this as l am Vegan and disagree that we need B12 from eating dead animals....what rubbish!This spray will last over two months, and you just need a couple of sprays underneath your tongue or inside your cheek.The taste has a slight bitterness to it, (l think thats the sweetner in it) then a fruity sort of pepperminty taste, it isn't too unpleasant and l think it does the trick.A good value quality vitamin.

I like this vit spray as it gets a bit much at times drinking tablets. The spray is so easy to use and taste good. Makes me more likely to use it as I can spritz it my mouth quickly before running out the door. Will continue using.

I wish I had seen the ingredients before ordering this spray as it contains sweetener and I can't stand the taste of sweetener, but they also mess with my blood and I have to steer clear of them. The artificial sweetness of this spray is unbearable and stays with you a long time. It's a shame as this is an excellent way of taking vitamins. My wife who has a sweet tooth grimaced and said it was too sweet for her.
