This is an excellent water fountain for pets. Initially, I was unhappy with it until an Orsa Rep told me about the necessity of cleaning the filter to keep it operative. Owner error, completely. The cleaning task was daunting at first, but it only takes a couple of times to get the hang of it. Youtube was a big help. Maine Coon Great GrandCat loves it. Our two teacup chihuahas are still afraid of it.

This was a perfect replacement set of water filters and pump filters! I always had to manually clean the filter inside the pump before and didn’t realize they just made replacements. Great Value!

Works in a pinch and saves you money

I bought this ages ago because I wanted to reduce the amount of plastic waste. My other fountain was entirely plastic and had plastic filters. I like how easy this is to clean and the mention of using distilled water has saved me from getting limescale build up in the little spouts and whatnot. This is a product worth its money and if your looking for a lesser plastic waste product.

I'm pretty happy with my Orsda pet fountain. Its been running continuously (except for when Im cleaning or refilling it) for about a year and a half now. These filters seem to work well with it. They were affordable, arrived quickly, and they fit. My only comment is that on the Amazon site there are instructions to rinse/soak the filters before using - the box that arrived did not say that. I remembered, and did a brief soak, and indeed some little carbon dust bits did come off in that soak. Had I not recalled seeing the instructions I would have ended up having those bits in the fountain itself.

I bought an Orsda fountain, which my cat and I LOVE! I was shocked at how expensive replacement filters are, so went with these more affordable Pet Standard replacements. They're awful. My fountain clogs up about 4 times faster now, so deep cleanings are really frequent. There's a dense core of charcoal in the middle, and nothings on the sides. It lets in so much hair and gunk that the impeller on my motor got bogged down. I am definitely going back to paying the high price for the Orsda filters that actually effectively filter the fountain water and reduce deep cleaning time.

My rating on this item is lower because this is a disposable filter and music shoulder be changed at a minimum of every three days in my opinion. The fountain itself is great, but could use a better filtering system. I have 9 cats and one dog, so a lot of furbabies using the fountain. I don’t see an alternate filtering system for a fountain of this type anywhere. When that filter (it charcoal and mesh) gets dirty, the fountain will not work properly. So just make sure to change the filter frequently.

The media could not be loaded. The filters being so small do get super dirty fast depending on how much use it gets; I've got 3 dogs and 2 cats who use the main floor bowlWill be considering getting a 2nd ordsa water bowl to replace the one I have upstairs, if you keep up a daily water change and cleaning everything out you can make the filters stretch a bit longer then 2 weeks

I find I’m replacing the filters more often on my cat fountain so this is a great deal
