If you already have an existing key fob, go through the easy steps to program with new and old fob BOTH during just one entry into learn mode. Do not turn ignition off before doing both fobs or only one fob will work.

This was the easiest thing I have done on a vehicle in a long long time. Went through the message center where it said program new key fob and after that all I had to do was hold the lock and the unlock the same time until I got a confirmation chime. My son bought this vehicle used and it only came with a key. No remote. For just a couple dollars and two minutes of my time he can now unlock and lock his car, Pop the trunk and, have remote start. And the quality of this remote is fantastic as well feels more solid than my factory remote for my vehicle!!
