Very Sloppy Packing
This chair was so badly packed that parts had come unwrapped and were rattling around inside, and tools were missing. At first I thought it had been previously returned, but the main frame and cushions seemed okay. The box and tape were very flimsy (not an Amazon box) and it's a wonder the whole thing didn't fall apart. The instruction copy was barely legible and hard to decipher. It might be a nice chair if care were taken with the description, instructions, and packing, but the one I received seemed carelessly thrown together. When returning it I had to use lots of duct tape to hold the box together, in addition to the clear packaging tape. By comparison, the wood frame Flash Furniture model I replaced it with was beautifully packed with clear instructions and no missing parts.
