This bowl is a game changer for saving space and keeping my food warm. I used it on a recent trip to Disneyland, and it not only helped me save space in my bag but also in my stomach and my budget. When I'm at Disneyland, I have a desire to try numerous foods, but I dislike constantly trekking back and forth across the park to get food when I'm hungry. After eating lunch on one side of the park, I wanted to purchase a Ube pretzel but had no room in my stomach, and I knew we weren't going to come back to the area. So, I bought the pretzel, put in it the bowl, and saved it for later in the day. This prevented me from overeating, allowing me to enjoy a sweet treat without feeling overstuffed. I think if my food was hotter, the sleeve would have let me hold my food without burning up and keep my meal warm, too.

I’m dropped a star because the cozy does not fit the bottom well. There are gaps that aren’t covered so the bowl is exposed to the air in places. I was disappointed that the bowl itself does not have the starry borealis sky design.

This bowl checks all the boxes, and then a few boxes that I didn’t even know needed to be checked, but in hindsight I’m glad they were. Whether it’s morning bowls of cereal at home, oatmeal to go, or baked beans by the campfire, this Hydaway insulated bowl has been an ideal side-kick. Highly recommend if your interested in a top-end quality bowl that collapses to a pancake for space saving storage in your backpack, glovebox, or kitchen cabinet.

For car camping...it would be fine. For backpacking? Why would anyone carry this weight?

I loved this brand so much, I am on the 5th product. The silicone is thick and cleans easily. They product folds very compactly into any bag. Definitely a great purchase! I wish they had more sleeves to purchase to change them out! Maybe some cherry blossoms or constellations design!

I love the quality and design! It is truly going to be a space saver and I know I will need to buy more because my family members are going to fight over who gets to use them!

The Hydaway bowl itself is very good. I don't have any issues with it. It does what a collapsible bowl should, and it does it well. My main issue is with the insulation sleeve. It feels a bit flimsy and definitely not to the quality of the bowl. Only time will tell how well the sleeve holds up being washed and folded multiple times.
