Superb Canadian flour that’s perfect for Sourdough bread.
Handmade Sourdough, soft floured rolls and bread maker loaves, this flour has surpassed expectations with all. I bought my first bag of this brand of Canadian (for the high protein content) flour when my usual brand was out of stock at both the mill and on Amazon. I needn’t have worried, the 13% protein content was perfect for my beautiful sourdough loaves and my most recent bake, a farmhouse white created in my bread maker was also perfect.
