Good product
Good quality Avocado oil is difficult to find and it is great. You can use it in cooking

For hair
I don't use on cooking. I use it on my hair and I love how it works on my hair. It is not like a thick castor oil which takes more than one wash so what I do is I apply it on my hair and leave it overnight and double cleanse my hair with shampoo and apply conditioner. After that my hair feels soft n so manageable. But in other hand if u want to turn the table of eating healthy then u can also use it as a cooking oil it just makes it more healthier.

Lovely
I bought this avocado oil to drink a table spoon of daily, and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Love the taste of avocado which I get in the oil.

Unhygenic, bad quality control
Multiple hairs found stuck to the inside of the sealed cap. Nasty. Had to throw the whole thing away.

Low smoke point means it's not what the label purports
I'm not sure what's in this, but I do not believe it to be 100% avocado oil.. as soon as it hits my medium-hot stainless steal pan it smokes up - about as much as olive oil would. Not recommended.
