Great fit! Great results!
These are great! I had an fatal accident at a job 2.5 years ago and have had back and leg pain ever since. I knew my right side was weaker but until I started wearing the support I didn't realize how much it was impacting my general movement. I was overcompensating with my left side and after just a couple days my back and foot pain was better than it has been in years. My workouts are better, my foot pain is gone and my knee is realigning back to its' regular position because I'm not shifting the weight off the leg so awkwardly anymore! Readjust it accordingly because it will shift the more you move but that's to be expected. I was really skeptical when I saw these but in my humble opinion they work spectacularly!!! When I wear these out I WILL purchase them again! What a difference they've made in my life!

Great excuse for no skills! (Also good for the knees!)
Very good quality. I get roped into playing volleyball all the time, and these really help with the pain I used to get in my knees after playing. I wish it made me a better player...but I have used these as an excuse when I screw up on the court:1. I make a bad play2. I bend over, readjust the tightness (it doesn't actually need adjusting)3. I stand up and say in a loud voice "It's okay! fixed it! Should be okay now!"4. Get ready for next play.5. RepeatBut seriously, it really does help. Highly recommend it to anyone with pain in their knees when playing sports.

Not for running
I bought this strap (IPOW) since my Dr. Mueller strap has to be re-adjusted couple times a run. The IPOW is a more comfortable than Dr. Mueller version and has a better designed velcro strap. It seems fine for walking. However, it turned out to be even less suitable for running than Mueller's. The gel filling in front of the strap is just too heavy. It starts bouncing against your knee and pulls the whole thing down once you start running at any appreciable speed (I was jogging around 8:30 min/mile), disabling any knee cup support. The grip lines in the 'new and improved' version do not help much. The only way to make it stay it to make the velcro quite tight. Unfortunately, once you do that you essentially turning off 5%-10% of your leg's muscles (confirmed in my Garmin balance data and pririformis pain the next day). This puts extra strain on your other (non-strapped) leg and is an almost guaranteed way to injure your healthy leg as well. I guess you can also try tight-strapping both legs to balance thing out. I'm may try cho-pat strap to see if it is any better.

These fixed my knee pain!!!
These fixed my knee pain! I started getting knee pain after I joined a high intensity group gym. I did some research online and based on where my knee pain was, it sounded like patella bands would help alleviate the pain. I took a chance ordering these to see if it would work, and VIOLA, no more knee pain. (And I didn't even need to see a doctor to do it!) I wear these at the gym and afterwards if I want some extra support. The fit is great, comfortable to wear over my leggings. They don't come with instructitons, but I can't see why anyone would need instructions, it's very intuitive to figure out how to use them. I also really like how small these bands are, compared to a large knee brace.

Great quality for the price and really worked for me!
Got these to wear to dance and boot camp classes. I'm in my late 30s and my knees can not take the jumping, squats, and piveting that they used to. Found that with these I was able to keep my range of motion but not strain my medial knee. Great value and quality for the price. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others with knee pain with activity.

Works great for my skinny kid
Works great for my 13 year old son. He's very skinny, yet they still fit. We bought these on advice from his physical therapist working with knee issues. He had a neoprene sleeve type brace that worked great for 3 years, however the sleeve (according to the PT) supports the whole knee which isn't necessary and slows the development of the muscles/tendons that don't need the support (everything but those around the patella). He wore these and found no issues and now is holding back the rest of his knee.

Love the non-slip features ....a good amount better than the ABCO-Sport one
Pretty good quality (compared the the norm for items like this these days ...I have so many different types of wraps, braces, compression-this, sleeve-that).Pros over the ABCO-sport one, that you also see here on Amazon:-Non-slip grip material on the inside of strap is great, and does exactly what you'd hope it would. The ABCO is alright, but slips down and keep having to pull it back up- Velco at end of strap (to secure/hold it) is MUCH better.
