not palatable nor mixes
Instructions say to mix with fluids, and to use without food. So can not put in a smoothy or it is just utilized by the body as food, not as intended. BUT... it does not stir into any nonfood liquid. It clumps and settles to bottom. AND the clumps taste awful. ugg. So I threw it away. I tried many ways but nope. To bad, I had purchased one for myself and another one for my brother. He said the same thing and tried to give it back to me.
